Delete your data

You can remove STR's access to your social accounts and have your data deleted at any time.

1. Disconnect your account in STR

Ask the Loopstr team to disconnect your account, or do it yourself in STR when the option is available. The access token is deleted immediately.

2. Remove access from the social network

• Instagram: on instagram.com, Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → STR → Remove.
• TikTok: in the app, Profile → menu → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services → STR → Remove access.

3. Request full deletion

Write to hello@loopstr.fr with the subject "Delete my data" and your account name. We delete the data coming from your social accounts (profile, statistics, token) within 30 days and confirm it by email. Documents we are legally required to keep (invoices, contracts) are kept for the legal period.
